Can i monitor my account disk space and bandwidth usage?

Yes. You can monitor your disk space and bandwidth usage from within your cPanel control panel. This section of your website is secure and usually require a username and password authentication.

After you log in, check the left column under "stats" and you will find your website statistics including disk space and bandwidth usage.

Can i take control and manage my website from Todhost Control Panel?

Can i upgrade or downgrade my web hosting plan?

Yes. You can conveniently do an upgrade or a downgrade request through for your website. An upgrade or downgrade will not affect your website in any way, it will only affect the amount of resources such as disk space you want to use for your website. If you are a small business for instance, there may be no need ordering a huge 20GB dis space plan. If you did, you can simply downgrade during your renewal having seen that you are not using so much data.

To request an upgrade, simply login to the todhost client area and send upgrade/downgrade requests and have them completed within minutes.

How do I pay for Todhost services?

We accept payments through bank transfer and through online card payment. We accept all the major debit and credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Interswitch Verve Card and all others. We also accept payments through direct bank transfer. You will need to check on your invoice after making an order for alternative payment methods.

Can I Change My Account Login Details

Yes. Your account login credentials should be contained in the "New Account Information" which will be sent to your email once your account is created. It is automatically sent on account creation. If you do not receive this information, then the other way you can login to your cPanel environment is to use the Todhost client area. Login in through the Todhost client area will not require that you enter your cpanel username and password. Once you have successfully logged in to your client area on our website, you can proceed to do the rest including changing the cpanel password.

Note: You will not be able to change your cpanel username through the Todhost client area or by using the cPanel environment. You can only change the cPanel password and not the username.

Does Todhost support WordPress, Joomla and E-commerce other Application Hosting?

Yes. You can host your WordPress, Joomla, Magento, OSCommerce, Prestashop and all other applications with Todhost. Most of these softwares are available freely under the software section in your web hosting control panel and can be installed with few clicks.

I want to transfer my website to Todhost, Will there be any downtime?

You won't experience any downtime due to a website transfer to our hosting platform. Your transfer to Todhost will be completed without any downtime. Our technicians will complete the transfer process and verify that everything works well before your DNS is directed to Todhost servers.

We will transfer your website for free and we will move all your files, email accounts, databases, scripts and check the integrity of your new website to confirm everything is working fine and then your DNS will be altered to direct to ns1.todhost.com and ns2.todhost.com

How long does it take to setup my account after payment?

Ordinarily, all shared web hosting order get instant activation on payment. If you pay through credit card, activation will be instant. There could be some delays in processing orders that received payments through direct bank deposits - this is to allow us time to confirm the bank deposits.

You can speed up the activation process for direct bank deposits when you call our customer care center after payment or you send us an email copy of your bank payment teller.

Direct bank deposits get activated within 30minites after payment and does not require you to send evidence of payment except payment was made through a third party.
