Yes. We will complete your website and upload to your web hosting account or we will send you the files and databases so you can upload them using PHP MyAdmin.

That is uncertain but not impossible. We suggest that you check your website content with internet archives. You may be able to recover archived content from there and even redesign your website using the theme you had before. Your website designer may help you further with this.

Yes. If you have placed an order for the design of your website and you are unable to reach an understanding on the design standards that matches your expectations and needs, you will be refunded in full.

Once an understanding has been reached and we have started coding your website, it becomes difficult and refunds will not be made for such projects.

If the order is cancelled, a partial refund may be possible at the discretion of Todhost admins.

Yes but with some limitations. While you can edit all sections and parts of the website to input your desired content, you may be unable to fully customize the theme. We do not implement specific client customization requests like color, animations, specific text positioning and other requests which are not implementable on our chosen theme.
